Oyster is a waterproof, wood-look SPC floor in a grey-taupe tone, with a resilient, home-grade wear layer for a low-maintenance, practical finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. The rigid core stands up to everyday surface water — spills, mop water, pet accidents — without swelling or delaminating when wiped up promptly. It won't substitute for fixing a standing leak; dry the floor and the source quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation; keep the subfloor dry before and during install.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Oyster has a 12 mil wear layer — approximately 0.30 mm — built for everyday residential use across the busy areas of most homes, giving you solid everyday scratch and scuff resistance. Thicker than the entry-level layers, without the cost of the heavy-duty ones.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Minor scratches on Oyster stay low-visibility — faint surface marks rather than the bright white scuff lines a glossy floor shows. The 12 mil wear layer hides minor wear within the printed grain pattern — low visibility, not just high durability.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, Oyster shows a tight, straight grain with soft cathedral arcs and a quiet, even run from board to board. There are no knots and little dramatic figure; instead a subtle mirrored patterning gives it gentle rhythm without visual noise.
