What is Kiwi?

Kiwi is a rigid, wood-look SPC floor built around a soft driftwood-toned medium greige color, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Kiwi handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud wiped up promptly without swelling. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The construction includes a 20 mil wear layer — approximately 0.51 mm — intended for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, offering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It runs noticeably thicker than the entry-level wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Kiwi's 20 mil wear layer and finish resist scratching and scuffing over years of use. It wipes clean with a vinyl-safe cleaner and a damp mop, and keeps the printed grain reading consistent across the floor.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, each Kiwi plank shows a flowing cathedral figure, with wide arches sweeping down the center of the board and tighter, straighter grain along the edges. Small dark knots sit scattered and sparse across the surface, and faint mineral streaks thread through the lighter passages. Board to board, the print varies enough to avoid an obvious repeat, so a finished floor looks like natural sawn material rather than a single tile stamped over and over.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

There's no separate underlayment to buy and no pad to choose. Kiwi's factory-attached 1mm acoustic pad comes bonded to every plank and dampens footfall noise throughout the home — one less material decision and one less install step.

Will this color work in my room?
