Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. A splash at the sink or a dropped glass wipes up without harming Nightfall when cleaned promptly; don't leave water standing. Indoor use only — outdoor installation is not approved.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Nightfall has a 20 mil wear layer — measuring about 0.51 mm — intended for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, delivering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. That's a step above the standard-duty wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Nightfall has a 20 mil protective layer — thicker than the thin wear layers on entry-level LVT. That's the physical protective film above the print, sealed by finish.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, Nightfall is quiet and even. An open grain with tight rays runs down each board under a low, restrained figure, with small dark knots and fine mineral streaks the main markings.
