What is Dusk?

Dusk is a rigid, wood-look WPC floor in a soft greige tone, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a durable, easy-care finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Built for daily life: mop-and-go cleaning, occasional spills, and pet accidents wiped up promptly; clean standing water quickly. Indoor use only — outdoor installation is not approved.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Dusk comes with a 20 mil wear layer — which works out to 0.51 mm — ideal for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, offering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It's a step up from the standard-duty wear layers in everyday durability.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Office chair wheels, spike-heel point loads, and dragged furniture all concentrate force. Dusk's 20 mil wear layer plus 8mm rigid WPC core manages this better than laminate — WPC resists crush-indent where laminate high-density fiberboard would dent permanently.

What does the plank surface look like?

Dusk earns its character up close. Open cathedral arches sweep down each board, anchored by prominent dark knots and dotted with scattered character marks and fissures. The figure varies noticeably plank to plank, so the finished floor has a lived-in, collected-over-time look rather than a uniform one. It is the knots, more than the color, that give this floor its personality.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

The 1mm IXPE acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Dusk is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.

Is it safe for indoor air?

Yes — Dusk carries FloorScore certification, independently tested for low chemical emissions. That matters most for households with allergies, asthma, or young children.

Will this color work in my room?
