Is it waterproof?
Yes — 100% waterproof. Paris handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud wiped up promptly without swelling. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.
How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?
The plank features a 30 mil wear layer — approximately 0.76 mm — recommended for heavy residential use and many commercial applications, giving you exceptional protection against scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear. It's among the thicker wear layers commonly found in SPC flooring.
Will it hold up to daily life?
Paris' 30 mil wear layer and finish resist scratching and scuffing over years of use. It wipes clean with a vinyl-safe cleaner and a damp mop, and keeps the printed grain reading consistent across the floor.
What does the plank surface look like?
Each Paris plank shows arched cathedral loops running the length of the board, framed by long, uninterrupted grain lines. Sparse pinpoint flecks add faint character without breaking the flow. The figure is gentle and even, so the boards read lively but tidy.
