What is Nova Fusion?

Nova Fusion is a genuine engineered hardwood floor in a softly muted light brown tone, with visible knots and a natural, lived-in character for a rich, inviting look.

Is it waterproof?

Nova Fusion isn't waterproof — it's genuine wood. What its cross-layered plywood core buys you is stability: it resists the swelling and gapping that moisture causes in solid planks, which is why engineered goes where solid can't. Wipe spills promptly anyway.

Can it be refinished?

Unlike solid hardwood, engineered hardwood can only be refinished as far as its real-wood veneer allows. With its 4mm veneer, Nova Fusion can usually take two or three professional refinishes.

What does the plank surface look like?

Each Nova Fusion plank shows an open cathedral grain with sweeping, flowing figure across broad boards. A dense scatter of small pin knots and dark character specks runs throughout, giving the surface a lively, rustic-leaning look. It shows plenty of knot character, so expect real natural variation from board to board.

Will this color work in my room?

Nova Fusion suits bright, window-filled rooms. Under the strong natural daylight from this room's many garden-view windows, the muted brown looks fresh and clear and its knots read as gentle detail. In lower light it would deepen and the greige would come forward. It pairs well with white, natural wood-tones, and greenery from the garden beyond.
