Is it waterproof?
Cozy Autumnalis is real wood, so the honest answer is water-resistant rather than waterproof. Its construction shrugs off normal seasonal humidity far better than solid planks, but standing water left to sit can still damage the wood veneer.
Can it be refinished?
Not every engineered floor is sandable — it comes down to how much real wood sits on top. Cozy Autumnalis carries a 4mm veneer, and can usually take two or three professional refinishes.
What does the plank surface look like?
Each Cozy Autumnalis plank shows pronounced cathedral figure with arching crowns and swirling centers. Wavy grain lines and fine mineral streaks run down the board, giving plenty of natural movement. There are few knots, so the flowing figure is the main character.
