Tolima Pine is a rigid, wood-look WPC floor built around a light warm beige washed color, with a durable, heavy-traffic wear layer for a low-maintenance, practical finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Tolima Pine suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Every plank is finished with a 20 mil wear layer — equivalent to 0.51 mm — suited to heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, giving you excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It sits at the thicker, harder-wearing end of the range.

Will it hold up to daily life?

At 20 mil, Tolima Pine's wear layer sits on the thicker end for residential flooring, which is why it stands up well to heavy day-to-day use. The 8mm construction gives it a solid, stable feel underfoot in busy rooms.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, the surface of Tolima Pine is built around its knots: medium, dark-centered knots appear at a moderate spacing, and around each one the grain forms concentric rings that circle outward with fine splits radiating from the core. Between the knots the grain runs mostly straight and fine, so the boards carry visible character without looking busy. Because the knots repeat naturally across the planks, the surface reads as hand-picked rather than a flat, uniform print.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

The attached acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Tolima Pine is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.
