Acclimation: Paradigm requires no acclimation — install immediately after delivery in rooms between 65–85°F.
Subfloor: Flat to within 3/16 inch over 10 feet. Fill low spots and grind high points before installation.
Moisture barrier: Not required over wood or concrete subfloors that pass standard moisture testing.
Installation: Angle-tap floating click installation. Leave 1/4-inch expansion gap at all walls and fixed objects.
Maintenance: Sweep or dry-mop regularly. Clean with a damp mop and pH-neutral cleaner. Never use wax, polish, steam mops, or abrasive cleaners.

Lanikai comes with a pre-attached cork underlayment that cushions every step, dampens sound transmission between floors, and acts as a thermal barrier — no separate underlayment purchase required.
Is this flooring 100% waterproof?
Lanikai is built on a 100% waterproof SPC (Solid Polymer Core) rigid core. It will not swell, warp, buckle, or delaminate from water or moisture exposure — making it safe for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms.
