Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Day-to-day life — a dropped glass, a pet bowl, a tracked-in puddle — wipes up without swelling or delamination when cleaned promptly; standing water should not be left to sit. Outdoor use is not approved.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Delos has a 20 mil wear layer — approximately 0.51 mm — recommended for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, providing excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It runs noticeably thicker than the entry-level wear layers.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Safe cleaners for Delos' 20 mil wear layer: vinyl-safe cleaners, damp microfiber mops, vacuum on hard-floor setting. The finish rules out abrasive scrubbers, bleach, ammonia, and solvent-based cleaners — these dull the wear layer permanently.
