What is Amarillo Pearl?

Amarillo Pearl is a rigid, wood-look SPC floor built around a warm greige color, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Amarillo Pearl handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud without swelling, as long as they are wiped up promptly. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Every plank is finished with a 20 mil wear layer — about 0.51 mm — built for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, providing excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It runs noticeably thicker than the entry-level wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Amarillo Pearl's 20 mil wear layer and finish resist scratching and scuffing over years of use. It wipes clean with a vinyl-safe cleaner and a damp mop, and keeps the printed grain reading consistent across the floor.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, each Amarillo Pearl plank shows a swirled cathedral figure at its center, framed by long straight grain runs that trace the full length of the board. Small pin knots and fine mineral flecking are scattered lightly across the face for a natural, printed wood-look surface. The knots stay small and the figure stays calm, so the boards read varied without looking busy.

There's no separate underlayment to buy and no pad to choose. Amarillo Pearl's factory-attached 1.8mm Bio Guard anti-bacterial EVA acoustic pad comes bonded to every plank and dampens footfall noise throughout the home — one less material decision and one less install step.
