What is Jet Mist?

Jet Mist is a rigid, wood-look SPC floor in a warm sandy beige greige shade, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Jet Mist suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The flooring uses a 20 mil wear layer — about 0.51 mm — a good match for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, delivering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It runs noticeably thicker than the entry-level wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?

At 20 mil, Jet Mist's wear layer sits on the thicker end for residential flooring, which is why it stands up well to heavy day-to-day use. The 6.5mm construction gives it a solid, stable feel underfoot in busy rooms.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, the plank surface shows a flowing cathedral grain with a soft, understated figure -- the peaks stay low and the lines run quiet rather than bold. A few small knots and faint mineral-like flecks scatter across the boards, adding just a whisper of texture without any busy, rustic character. Because the figure barely varies from board to board, Jet Mist installs into a smooth, even field that reads almost like a soft wash of color.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

The 2mm solution EVA acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Jet Mist is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.

Will this color work in my room?

In bright daylight, Jet Mist lifts to a clean pale greige that feels open and uncluttered. As the light drops toward evening or in a north-facing room, its warm sandy undertone comes forward, so the color stays soft and inviting instead of turning cold or clinical.
