Wellstead Oak is a waterproof, wood-look WPC floor in a cool taupe running through warm greige-brown tone, with a durable, heavy-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Wellstead Oak handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud wiped up promptly without swelling. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The top of Wellstead Oak carries a 20 mil wear layer — measuring about 0.51 mm — appropriate for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, so you get excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It's a step up from the standard-duty wear layers in everyday durability.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Wellstead Oak's 20 mil wear layer and finish resist scratching and scuffing over years of use. It wipes clean with a vinyl-safe cleaner and a damp mop, and keeps the printed grain reading consistent across the floor.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, the Wellstead Oak plank shows a mostly straight grain with the occasional cathedral figure sweeping up the board. Fine dark mineral streaks follow the grain lines, and small knots appear now and then, sparse and small rather than heavy, so the plank keeps a clean modern look. The printed surface varies gently from board to board, which keeps a large floor from looking mechanically repeated.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

There's no separate underlayment to buy and no pad to choose. Wellstead Oak's factory-attached acoustic pad comes bonded to every plank and dampens footfall noise throughout the home — one less material decision and one less install step.

Is it safe for indoor air?

Yes — Wellstead Oak carries GREENGUARD Gold certification, independently tested for low chemical emissions. That matters most for households with allergies, asthma, or young children.

Will this color work in my room?
