Warwick Maple installs over most subfloors — plywood, OSB, concrete, tile, or even existing vinyl. The subfloor must be flat to within 3/16 inch over 10 feet and structurally sound.

Warwick Maple is built on a 100% waterproof SPC (Solid Polymer Core) rigid core. It will not swell, warp, buckle, or delaminate from water or moisture exposure — making it safe for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms.
