How durable is it — what's the AC rating?

Over a concrete slab, test for moisture first — if the reading comes in high, add a 6-mil poly moisture barrier under the floor as well, separate from the acoustic pad, since a floating laminate isn't itself a moisture barrier; that step protects the boards from slab humidity and doesn't change how quiet the floor feels.
