Lake Garda is a rigid, wood-look SPC floor in a soft greige shade, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Lake Garda suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The construction includes a 20 mil wear layer — equal to about 0.51 mm — ideal for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, delivering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It runs noticeably thicker than the entry-level wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?

At 20 mil, Lake Garda's wear layer sits on the thicker end for residential flooring, which is why it stands up well to heavy day-to-day use. The 8.5mm construction gives it a solid, stable feel underfoot in busy rooms.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close the Lake Garda plank shows a soft, flowing grain with a gentle wave to it, more feathered than striped. The figure stays quiet, with faint vertical streaking and no knots or dark mineral marks breaking the surface, and one board looks much like the next, so a long run reads as a single continuous field. It is a restrained face that reads clean from standing height and rewards a closer look with subtle movement.
