Only COREtec Plus features our innovative, patented core structure – this extruded core is made from an exclusive combination of recycled wood and bamboo dust, virgin PVC and limestone. Since COREtec Plus floors are 100% waterproof, any style in the collection can be installed in wet areas and will never swell or warp when exposed to water. COREtec Plus is also inert and dimensionally stable – meaning it will not expand or contract under normal conditions and never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Last but not least, each COREtec Plus plank also features an attached cork underlayment for a quieter, warmer floor that is naturally resistant to odor causing mold and mildew.
