Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Agora suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Agora is protected by a 20 mil wear layer — equivalent to 0.51 mm — recommended for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, delivering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. That's a step above the standard-duty wear layers.

Will it hold up to daily life?
