eTerra White Series — 6.5mm SPC Vinyl Plank (Gaia Floor)

The eTerra White Series is Gaia Floor’s slim, value-friendly tier — a 6.5mm rigid SPC plank in a classic 7.2″ × 48″ size. Each board carries a 20 mil wear layer with a UV-cured ceramic-bead (EnduraPro) finish and a pre-attached IXPE acoustic pad, so it installs glueless and quiet straight out of the box. The series spans 10 colors named for American hardwood species, from pale blonde through deep walnut, and is FloorScore and GREENGUARD Gold certified. All 10 are available to order through our Santa Clara showroom.

Colors in the eTerra White Series

The 10 colors are named for American hardwood species and cover a wide tonal range. Pale, airy looks include American Maple, Sand Dollar, and Alpaca; soft greiges and cool greys run through American Hickory, Grey Fox, and River Shoal; warm honey and amber tones appear in American Cherry, Impala, and Elk Horn; and American Walnut anchors the dark end in deep espresso brown. Lighter shades open up small or low-light rooms, while the warmer and darker browns add coziness to larger or well-lit spaces.

Best uses for eTerra White Series

  • Budget-conscious whole-home projects — full-house coverage at the line’s most approachable price.
  • Kitchens & bathrooms — the waterproof surface handles everyday splashes wiped up promptly.
  • Basements & below-grade rooms — the rigid SPC core stays stable directly on concrete.
  • Rentals & flips — fast click install and a durable 20 mil surface keep turnaround quick.
  • Busy family rooms & pet homes — the ceramic-bead finish resists scratches and scuffs.

Choosing a color from the eTerra White Series

For a bright, open feel in compact or north-facing rooms, lean toward the blondes and greiges; for warmth or to balance bright cabinetry, the honey tones and American Walnut work well. Whites and greys pair cleanly with cool or modern cabinets, while amber and walnut suit warmer, traditional palettes. Because color reads differently under every light, order a sample and view it in your own room before ordering — our Santa Clara showroom team can help you confirm dye lots.

Frequently asked questions about the eTerra White Series

How many cartons do I need for my room?
Each carton covers 19.23 sq ft. Measure your room’s square footage, add about 10% for cuts and waste, and divide by 19.23 to get the carton count. Our team can confirm the number with you.
Is a 6.5mm plank thick enough?
Yes. The rigid SPC core makes a 6.5mm board dimensionally stable for residential use, and the full 20 mil wear layer is what protects the surface. If you want the most substantial board underfoot, the 10mm eTerra Black Series is the step up.
Can I use the White Series in a bathroom?
Yes. The surface is waterproof against topical spills that are wiped up promptly, which suits full baths and powder rooms. Avoid leaving standing water and do not use it in saunas or outdoors.
Does it need a separate underlayment?
No. An IXPE antimicrobial sound-deadening pad is pre-attached to every plank, rated about 72 IIC / 72 STC, so you install directly over a clean, flat, dry subfloor.
Is the White Series a DIY install?
It can be. The glueless click-lock floating system is approachable for a confident DIYer over a properly prepared subfloor, and our team can help you plan layout and transitions.
