What is Costa Wyoming?

Costa Wyoming is a rigid, wood-look SPC floor built around a golden tan color, with a thick, heavy-wear surface for a durable, easy-care finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Costa Wyoming handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud without swelling, as long as they are wiped up promptly. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

Costa Wyoming has a 28 mil wear layer — measuring about 0.71 mm — ideal for heavy residential use and many commercial applications, providing outstanding resistance to scratches, scuffs, and long-term abrasion. That puts it toward the top of the SPC wear-layer range.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Costa Wyoming's 28 mil wear layer and finish resist scratching and scuffing over years of use. It wipes clean with a vinyl-safe cleaner and a damp mop, and keeps the printed grain reading consistent across the floor.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, the surface shows flowing cathedral grain -- long looping arcs that run nearly the full length of the board. Rounded swirl knots sit at the plank ends, with fine pin knots dotted along the grain at a moderate spacing. The printed wood-look face has enough figure to feel lived-in without turning busy.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

There's no separate underlayment to buy and no pad to choose. Costa Wyoming's factory-attached EVA acoustic pad comes bonded to every plank and dampens footfall noise throughout the home — one less material decision and one less install step.
