Quick Answer
What is Volare?
Volare is a waterproof, wood-look SPC floor built around a light beige color, with a thick, high-traffic wear layer for a simple, carefree finish.
Is it waterproof?
Yes — 100% waterproof. The stone-polymer core stands up to everyday surface water — spills, mop water, pet accidents — without swelling or delaminating when wiped up promptly. It won't substitute for fixing a standing leak; dry the floor and the source quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation; keep the subfloor dry before and during install.
How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?
Volare comes with a 20 mil wear layer — which works out to 0.50 mm — a good match for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, so you get excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It sits at the thicker, harder-wearing end of the range.
Will it hold up to daily life?
Minor scratches on Volare stay low-visibility — faint surface marks rather than the bright white scuff lines a glossy floor shows. The 20 mil wear layer hides minor wear within the printed grain pattern — low visibility, not just high durability.
What does the plank surface look like?
The plank surface is a smooth printed wood-look built on an open cathedral grain that sweeps in broad arcs along each board, giving the figure prominent movement. Several cat's-eye knots with dark centers and fine mineral flecking appear at a moderate density, so the boards show real character while staying soft overall. The top is sealed with a UV-cured ceramic-bead finish that resists scratches and stains and needs no waxing.
Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?
The IXPE antimicrobial sound-deadening acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Volare is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.
Is it safe for indoor air?
Yes — Volare carries FloorScore, GREENGUARD Gold certifications, independently tested for low chemical emissions. That matters most for households with allergies, asthma, or young children.
Will this color work in my room?
Volare leans pale and creamy with a gentle warmth, which keeps a room feeling light and open without going stark. Because the tone is soft but the grain is expressive, it works as a restful base that still has something to look at, pairing easily with cream and sage upholstery, cool blue-greens, and dark accent furniture for contrast. Under soft morning daylight the creamy beige reads bright and clean, and under warmer evening light it relaxes a shade toward buttermilk, so Volare keeps its airy, refined feel from dawn through the day.

Overview
Volare is a light, creamy beige with a soft pale balance, a wood-look print laid over a stone-polymer core. The pattern has real movement: an open cathedral grain sweeps in broad flowing arcs down each board, with several cat's-eye knots and their dark centers and fine mineral flecking adding character without going rustic. The planks click together as a glueless floating floor and wear a UV-cured ceramic-bead finish that resists scratches and stains, so the pale creamy tone of Volare stays even through long days of use. In this modern-coastal living room the floor catches soft early-morning daylight from a mountain-view window, paired with a cream sectional, an ottoman, a dark sculptural table, a lit shelving wall, and a home desk, with sage-green pillows and a leafy plant cooling the palette and warm greige cabinetry rounding it out. That bright, restful feel makes Volare a good match for a light-filled work-from-home corner, a calm coastal living room, or a sunlit sitting area where you want a soft floor with enough grain character to stay interesting.
