What is Jubilee?

Jubilee is a waterproof, wood-look SPC floor in a rich brown tone, with a thick, heavy-wear surface for a simple, carefree finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Jubilee suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The surface is topped by a 28 mil wear layer — about 0.71 mm — designed for heavy residential use and many commercial applications, delivering outstanding resistance to scratches, scuffs, and long-term abrasion. That puts it toward the top of the SPC wear-layer range.

Will it hold up to daily life?

At 28 mil, Jubilee's wear layer sits on the thicker end for residential flooring, which is why it stands up well to heavy day-to-day use. The 6.5mm construction gives it a solid, stable feel underfoot in busy rooms.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, Diamond Jubilee runs in long, flowing grain lines that build into a wide cathedral figure -- a sweeping printed pattern rather than a tight, repeating one. Moderate knot density with a few larger character knots and open crack lines break the surface at irregular intervals, so consecutive planks don't read as copies of each other.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

The acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Jubilee is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.

Is it safe for indoor air?

Yes — Jubilee carries FloorScore certification, independently tested for low chemical emissions. That matters most for households with allergies, asthma, or young children.

Will this color work in my room?

Diamond Jubilee's deep brown carries enough warmth that it reads rich rather than heavy in most rooms, and enough coffee-toned undertone that it won't read flat or gray under everyday lighting. In a bright room it deepens toward espresso; in a dimmer space it stays warm instead of turning muddy.
