Yes — 100% waterproof. Durban Pear handles pet accidents, water-bowl spills, and tracked-in mud wiped up promptly without swelling. Clean up standing water quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

The construction includes a 20 mil wear layer — about 0.51 mm — built for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, giving you excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. That's a step above the standard-duty wear layers.
