Is it waterproof?
Yes — 100% waterproof. Powder-room splashes, daily wet feet, and towel drops wipe up without harm when cleaned promptly. Indoor use only — not for installation inside showers or wet rooms, and outdoor installation is not approved.
How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?
The flooring uses a 20 mil wear layer — that's approximately 0.51 mm — suited to heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, offering excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. That's a step above the standard-duty wear layers.
Will it hold up to daily life?
