Yes — 100% waterproof. Stable against concrete-slab humidity and seasonal moisture variation, so Bay Laurel suits below-grade rooms once the slab passes a moisture test; clean up standing water promptly. Not approved for outdoor installation.

The top of Bay Laurel carries a 12 mil wear layer — equivalent to 0.30 mm — made for everyday residential use across the busy areas of most homes, with solid everyday scratch and scuff resistance. Thicker than the entry-level layers, without the cost of the heavy-duty ones.
