What is Cashmere?

Cashmere is a wood-look WPC floor in a greige taupe shade, with a durable, heavy-traffic wear layer for a low-maintenance, practical finish.

Is it waterproof?

Yes — 100% waterproof. The rigid core stands up to everyday surface water — spills, mop water, pet accidents — without swelling or delaminating when wiped up promptly. It won't substitute for fixing a standing leak; dry the floor and the source quickly. Not approved for outdoor installation; keep the subfloor dry before and during install.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The surface is topped by a 20 mil wear layer — equal to about 0.51 mm — intended for heavy residential use and many light-commercial applications, providing excellent protection against everyday scratches, scuffs, and abrasion. It's a step up from the standard-duty wear layers in everyday durability.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Minor scratches on Cashmere stay low-visibility — faint surface marks rather than the bright white scuff lines a glossy floor shows. The 20 mil wear layer hides minor wear within the printed grain pattern — low visibility, not just high durability.

What does the plank surface look like?

Look closely and the plank surface stays serene: long vertical grain runs almost uninterrupted, with faint fissure lines, a subtle ribbon of tonal variation, and barely a knot in sight. The printed surface keeps that clean, quiet figure even underfoot, the calm you see is by design.

Quiet enough upstairs or in a condo?

The 1mm IXPE acoustic layer damps the hollow "click" sound characteristic of floating floors. Cashmere is quieter underfoot than LVT with a loose pad — both for the walker and for rooms below in multi-story homes.
