Yes — 100% waterproof. Built for daily life: mop-and-go cleaning, occasional spills, and pet accidents wiped up promptly; clean standing water quickly. Indoor use only — outdoor installation is not approved.

How durable is it, and what traffic can it take?

The surface of Coastal Dune Maple is finished with a 30 mil wear layer — that's approximately 0.76 mm — built for heavy residential use and many commercial applications, providing exceptional protection against scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear. That puts it toward the top of the WPC wear-layer range.

Will it hold up to daily life?

Office chair wheels, spike-heel point loads, and dragged furniture all concentrate force. Coastal Dune Maple's 30 mil wear layer plus 12mm rigid WPC core manages this better than laminate — WPC resists crush-indent where laminate high-density fiberboard would dent permanently.

What does the plank surface look like?

Up close, the plank surface shows fine parallel grain streaks running straight down its length, with a soft looping figure surfacing in places and the occasional light cathedral arch. Knots are sparse and pin-sized, so the character stays quiet rather than rustic. It is a printed surface over a WPC core, and the pattern shifts enough from board to board that a full floor never reads as one repeated plank.
