Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

  1. No Returns – All Sales Final.
  2. Restocking Fee
    • In the event that a return, cancellation, or change is individually agreed to in writing by us, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied to the total product cost.
    • Any approved refund will be issued only after the restocking fee and all applicable charges (including delivery fees) are deducted.
  3. Delivery Fee Responsibility
    • If any return, cancellation, or order modification is approved, you will be responsible for all delivery and/or pickup fees associated with the order, including:
      • Original delivery charges
      • Return transportation charges
      • Any additional handling fees assessed by carriers or warehouses
  4. Exceptions / Individual Agreements
    • Unless otherwise agreed to (discussed individually), the above rules apply to all orders.
    • Any exception must be explicitly agreed to in writing (email, signed document, or written confirmation) before it becomes effective.

2. Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    • We accept the following major credit cards:
      • Visa
      • MasterCard
      • American Express
  2. Credit Card Processing Fees
    • non‑refundable processing fee is added to all credit card transactions as follows:
      • Visa / MasterCard: additional 3.0% of the total amount
      • American Express: additional 3.75% of the total amount
    • These fees are charged by the payment processor and are not refundable under any circumstances, even if an order is partially or fully cancelled (where such cancellation is exceptionally allowed).
  3. Authorization & Charges
    • By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for:
      • The full order amount
      • All applicable taxes and fees
      • Any delivery, restocking, or additional charges as outlined in this policy and/or individually agreed to in writing

3. Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Area
    • We currently offer delivery within the Bay Area only.
    • Delivery outside this area is not guaranteed and, if available, must be individually quoted and agreed upon in writing.
  2. Curbside Delivery Only
    • All deliveries are curbside delivery only.
    • Curbside delivery means the driver will bring the items to the nearest accessible point at the curb, driveway, or loading area at the delivery address.
    • The driver does not unload, carry, install, or move items inside the property.
  3. Delivery Fee
    • Curbside delivery within the Bay Area: flat fee starting at $150.00 per delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing..
  4. Unloading & Installation
    • Unloading is the customer’s responsibility.
    • You are responsible for:
      • Providing adequate help, equipment to unload the products from the delivery vehicle
      • Moving the products into your home, business, or desired location
      • Any installation, assembly, or setup
  5. Scheduling & Access
    • You must ensure that:
      • Minimum 2 people required to unload the delivery truck.
      • The delivery location is safe and accessible for the delivery vehicle
    • If the driver cannot complete delivery due to access issues, absence of a receiving party, or unsafe conditions, redelivery fees or additional charges may apply.
  6. Inspection at Delivery
    • You are strongly encouraged to inspect your items at the time of delivery.
    • Any visible damage or discrepancy should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.
    • Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with claims.

4. Special Orders & Lead Times

  1. Special Order Status
    • All products are treated as special orders.
    • Once your order is placed and processed, changes or cancellations are generally not allowed, except as individually agreed to and subject to fees.
  2. Lead Times
    • Estimated lead times are provided as a good‑faith estimate only and are subject to change due to manufacturer, supplier, and shipping conditions.
    • Delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel the order without applicable fees.
